Whether you’re looking for a one to two room renovation or a custom new build, Reflections Residential is here to reflect your vision and make the home of your dreams a reality. Our team provides high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail no matter the scale of the project. We take time to work with our clients so that you understand the total scope and complexities of the project and develop an executable plan.
Phase
We begin by meeting with homeowners on site either to walk through the space for a renovation or to get a feel for your new construction vision. During this period our team will create a preliminary budget proposal to set expectations on all costs-both financial and duration. We set clear expectations of what the construction phase will look like for you and your family.
We work alongside you and your architect or designer from the earliest stages of planning through final execution, ensuring that vision, budget, and constructability remain aligned. Our team collaborates closely during design development to review drawings, provide value engineering insight where appropriate, and identify potential challenges before they become costly revisions in the field.

Phase
From here, we take over the daily oversight of the project while keeping the plans you’ve developed with your architect or designer at the helm. We manage every aspect of the project and will be on site daily and are available at any point during construction to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding that point of the process. The tradesmen we employ are exceptional and highly trained in their respective fields.
We take great pride in the work we deliver and stand firmly behind every completed project. Our responsibility does not end when construction wraps; it extends to ensuring that the finished product reflects the standards we set from the beginning. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and thoughtful execution are central to every space we build or renovate, and we approach each project with the expectation that it will represent our name and reputation for years to come.
