Our Process
Preliminary Phase
We begin by meeting with homeowners on site either to walk through the space for a renovation or to get a feel for your new construction vision. During this period our team will create a preliminary budget proposal to set expectations on all costs-both financial and duration. We set clear expectations of what the construction phase will look like for you and your family.
Planning Phase
We work alongside you and your architect or designer. Should you still be searching for either of these services, we’re happy to refer you to our contacts in these fields with whom we’ve developed a solid working rapport.
Construction Phase
From here, we take over the daily oversight of the project while keeping the plans you’ve developed with your architect or designer at the helm. We manage every aspect of the project and will be on site daily and are available at any point during construction to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding that point of the process. The tradesmen we employ are exceptional and highly trained in their respective fields. We strive to keep each project site clean while we work safely and considerately in and around your home.
Completion Phase
We take great pride in our completed work and stand by our finished projects- we want you to love it fully, too! The close relationships we build with our clients during the construction and renovation process is a testament to our dedication and commitment.
